Meet the exceptionally talented young artist of the month: Rebecca Keeler, age 14.

Rebecca’s art journey began when she was a young child. She always enjoyed doodling and coloring. As she grew older, she would spend lots of time drawing fun characters, but it wasn’t until she started at Falakarts that she took on the challenge of drawing more realistically. 

Falakarts has helped her understand more about shading, sketching, and finding beauty in everything. They encourage students to try a variety of mediums, which is how Rebecca found her passion for acrylic painting. The teachers have pushed her to try themes outside her comfort zone while still giving her artistic freedom. Rebecca has enjoyed being a student at Falakarts for the last few years and is planning to continue her classes there throughout high school.
