At Falak Arts Studio, we don’t just teach art — we ignite creative confidence and empower kids to share their vision with the world. And this year, we’re proud to spotlight several exceptional young artists from our community who have made their mark in regional and national art competitions.
From Junior VASE Platinum Medals to state exhibitions and national recognitions, our students have stood out for their originality, technique, and storytelling. These talented kids hail from schools across Coppell, Irving, Dallas, and surrounding Texas cities, and their accomplishments reflect the impact of structured art mentorship and consistent practice.
🥇 1. Jr. VASE Platinum & Perfect Score Winner: Anaya
Awards:
• Hands Unspoken – Jr. VASE Platinum Medal
• Nature’s Tiny Creatures – Division 2 Perfect Score
Anaya’s artwork masterfully blends personal meaning with vibrant creativity. From symbolic hand gestures in Hands Unspoken to detailed transitions in Nature’s Tiny Creatures, her pieces have wowed both judges and peers.
📝 Judges’ Comments:
“Outstanding work! Each hand shows your personality and hobbies.”
“Thoughtful and natural—from veins in the wings to the edge of the composition.”
🌟 2. Dear Asian Youth Exhibition Artist: Nysa Karia
Artwork: Memory Box
Recognition: Featured in the 2025 Dear Asian Youth Exhibition

Nysa, a Coppell-based artist, explored childhood memories in her emotionally rich painting inspired by her third birthday. Her “visual time capsule” showcases how identity and memory can be preserved through art.
📝 Artist Note:
“It’s a nostalgic reflection of childhood. Each detail forms a vivid story.”
❄ 3. Junior Artist & ‘I Am Texas’ Competition: Saanvi Gunjati
Awards:
• Winter’s Warmth – Notable Entry (Winter’s Warmth Art Competition)
